Sonic Unleashed - One of the most beautiful soundtracks ever! So beautiful and nice to listen to! I love how it's all orchestral and not just rock, like how most Sonic soundtracks are. But seriously, such classics as Chemical Plant, Casino Night, and Metropolis? Truly made for the best Sonic soundtrack and one of the best soundtracks of all time. But unlike many people, this was the first video game I played, period, so it really holds a special place in my heart. Like many people, this was the first Sonic game I ever played. Sonic 2: Perhaps not the most expansive soundtrack, but it is still awesome. Even just the first couple of seconds of the Collision Chaos music show that! But yeah, two soundtracks for the price of one. The game seemed completely drug-induced anyway, so that style fit it and gave it some edge. I know most people prefer the latter, but I really think that the darker sound of the US soundtrack worked. CD: I'm including both the US and Japanese versions of the ost here.
